By accessing or using our Site and services—including individual nutrition counseling, group classes, online courses, downloadable materials, and other content—you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use and Conditions (the “Terms”).

You agree to use the Site and Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Our Services are intended for adults 18 years and older, or with parental/guardian supervision for minors where applicable.
2. Professional Services Disclaimer
Our Services are provided by a credentialed dietitian; however, any information on this Site, including downloadable materials and group offerings, is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. One-on-one counseling may provide individualized recommendations, but it does not replace care from your primary healthcare provider.

All content on this Site—including text, graphics, logos, videos, PDFs, downloads, and course materials—is the property of Sarah Zeola and Morsel Nutrition and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

5. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
All purchases for services or content must be paid in full at the time of booking or purchase unless otherwise agreed.
Refund Policy:
No refunds are provided for services that have already been rendered.
Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling without penalty.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) or no-shows will result in a fee, which may be up to the full amount of the scheduled session, at our discretion.
Documents and downloadable materials are for personal use only and may not be shared, redistributed, or resold. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a discount on future materials or offered alternative materials of equal value at no charge, at our discretion.
6. Modifications to Services or Terms
We may modify or discontinue parts of the Site or Services at any time. We may also update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
